WooCommerce settings-এ gateway enabled, কিন্তু checkout-এ “There are no payment methods available” দেখাচ্ছে। প্রথমে বুঝুন আপনার checkout block-based নাকি classic shortcode-based। Gateway-এর server-side settings ঠিক থাকলেও Block integration সমর্থিত না হলে method দেখা নাও যেতে পারে। কোনো একটি plugin সব checkout layout-এ চলবে ধরে নেওয়া ঠিক নয়।

Checkout-এর ধরন শনাক্ত
Checkout page editor খুলে Block ব্যবহার হচ্ছে নাকি classic shortcode তা দেখুন। Page builder বা theme checkout override থাকলে সেটিও নোট করুন। Active WooCommerce version, gateway plugin version ও checkout type একসঙ্গে support-কে দিতে পারলে compatibility যাচাই সহজ হয়।
Gateway-এর Block support দেখুন
Plugin-এর current documentation ও changelog-এ Cart/Checkout Block support দেখুন। WooCommerce-এর official guide incompatible gateway থাকলে method না দেখানোর বিষয়টি ব্যাখ্যা করে। Settings-এ enabled checkbox থাকাই frontend integration কাজ করার প্রমাণ নয়। Developer-কে প্রয়োজন হলে supported integration নিতে বলুন।
Eligibility conditions বাদ পড়ছে কি?
Billing country, currency, minimum amount, product type ও shipping-এর ওপর gateway eligibility নির্ভর করতে পারে। সাধারণ test product ও পূর্ণ valid billing address দিয়ে পরীক্ষা করুন। একটি condition পরিবর্তন করে একই test চালান। Unsupported combination-এ method না দেখানো সবসময় software bug নয়।
Test mode ও account readiness
Sandbox credential production mode-এ বসানো হয়েছে কি না দেখুন। Merchant account approval, required field ও provider connection-এর status যাচাই করুন। Credential public screenshot-এ দেখাবেন না। Disabled বা incomplete connection frontend থেকে লুকিয়ে থাকতে পারে; plugin log দেখুন।
Caching ও browser console
Checkout-এর dynamic behaviour cache বা script optimization-এর সঙ্গে সংঘর্ষ করছে কি না staging-এ দেখুন। Browser console-এর error এবং checkout request response নোট করুন। নির্দিষ্ট cache exclusion provider ও hosting নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী দিন। সব site security বন্ধ করে live customer দিয়ে পরীক্ষা করবেন না।
Classic checkout দিয়ে তুলনামূলক test
Staging-এ supported classic checkout ব্যবহার করে একই cart test করুন। Classic-এ কাজ করে Block-এ না করলে compatibility অনুসন্ধান শক্ত হয়। এটিকে চূড়ান্ত diagnosis ধরে থামবেন না; provider documentation দেখুন। Live layout বদলানোর আগে shipping, coupon ও order notification পরীক্ষা করুন।
Theme ও plugin conflict আলাদা
নতুন checkout customization বা payment-related extension থাকলে staging-এ একটি করে isolate করুন। কোন combination-এ method ফিরে আসে record করুন। Production-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ plugin একসঙ্গে বন্ধ করবেন না। Conflict পাওয়া গেলে maintained solution বা vendor support নিন।
Method দেখা যাওয়ার পর acceptance
Button ফিরেছে মানেই payment complete কাজ করছে নয়। Success, failure, cancel ও order note পরীক্ষা করুন। Customer mobile flow দেখুন। Verified provider result ও correct order mapping নিশ্চিত করুন। শুধু frontend styling ঠিক করে payment system প্রস্তুত ঘোষণা করবেন না।
